Nuts, grains and seeds

Have you heard about the importance of soaking nuts, seeds and grains? But are wondering exactly how and why to do it? Join us in this class where we will explore the reasoning behind this procedure with step-by-step guides.

Nature has a built-in mechanism to protect nuts, grains and seeds, so they survive until the best growing conditions are present. This defense mechanism provides enzyme inhibitors and toxic substances on the nuts, seeds and grains, including phytates, polyphenols, and goitrogens. That is why soaking is so important. In nature, these inhibitors are neutralized with gentle rain and moisture so they can germinate into plants. You will learn how to mimic nature in your own kitchen and improve your health by learning this technique.
