There really is a “free lunch” just waiting outside your backdoor for you. Spend a Sunday afternoon with herbalist and nutrition educator¬†Connie Karstens and learn how to forage for a meal. You will discover everything you need to know with a dozen of common plants and how to get started incorporating them into your meals. This session is a hands-on walk learning about wild edible plants including their nutritional content, how and where to find them, preparation methods and their traditional uses.
