Plant Beautiful Organic Skincare Line

I absolutely love this company! It is a local MN business and creates organic essential oils and other products. This year, my new favorite is their skincare line. Plant Beautiful is about harnessing the power of potent botanicals to infuse skin with everything it needs to look and feel its best. It’s part art, part science. Whole Body Collagen

Whole Body Collagen contains a unique blend of three patented collagen peptides supported by clinical research showing their efficacy for supporting collagen production, bone strength, joint health and integrity, skin elasticity, and more.

Collagen is a special type of protein that accounts for as much as 30% of the body’s total protein. In particular, it’s a primary structural component of connective tissue. The amino acid composition of dietary collagens are very similar to those in human collagens, making dietary collagen peptides ideal for supporting normal body collagen turnover and renewal.

Many individuals—the elderly in particular—do not consume adequate protein. Even among those with a higher protein intake, the richest sources of collagen—animal skins, bone broth, and tendons — are not typically part of the modern Western diet. Whole Body Collagen can be incorporated into shakes, smoothies, and other foods and beverages, making it a convenient way to ensure adequate intake of collagen’s unique amino acids.

Apple Cider Vinegar

This is often an overlooked product. It is so diverse; everyone should have it in their cabinet.

What is apple cider vinegar (ACV)? It is a type of vinegar made from apple cider that has undergone fermentation to form health-promoting probiotics and enzymes, giving it significantly less sugar and fewer calories than apple cider or apple juice. How much to take? It only takes one to two tablespoons of ACV to take advantage of the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. Each tablespoon is about 3–5 calories and contains minimal sugar. It is best to dilute apple cider vinegar in water instead of drinking it straight. Uses of Apple Cider Vinegar
