Lamb Kabob Cube Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lamb, cubed

  • 1/2 cup dry red wine (Merlot)

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin cold-pressed

  • 2 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 T. fresh basil

  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 1 t. fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 t. sea salt

  • 1 t. freshly ground black pepper


Mix all ingredients together, marinate lamb cubes for 6-7 hours, and grill.
