Ways to Boost Your Immune System During "Back to School" Season

As summer winds down, now is the time to be proactive to keep your body healthy. Our team at the Lamb Shoppe & Wellness Center, is here to help keep you on track on your path to wellness.

There are a number of preventative steps you can take as defense strategies for supporting immune response to infections. The first thing to keep in mind is that you should think in terms of basic foundational health. The stronger your body is, the better it can fight off invaders such as viral infections. In addition, a variety of herbs, botanicals and nutrients contain vigorous antiviral properties that can improve immune function when presented with a viral challenge.
