Our Wellness Story
For many years, the mother-daughter team, Connie Karstens & Clara Rathke, dreamed about the idea of a holistic wellness center where like-minded individuals can work together as a reliable resource in the community. Today, those dreams became a reality.
Our Wellness Center is comprised of a network of professionals who work independently to help empower health & wellness. In 2019, our Wellness Center grew to offer more holistic services to the community, including functional medicine, nutrition, herbal medicine, flower essence therapy, massage therapy, muscle/nerve/lymphatic techniques, myofascial release, Reiki, sound therapy techniques, thermography, IonCleanse Detox Foot Bath, and more.
We believe that there are multiple avenues to healing, and our countryside location provides a perfect environment to rejuvenate and restore. We recognize that each individual’s wellness journey is unique and offer a variety of functional medicine services.
The Lamb Shoppe & Wellness Center also features a variety of educational classes, including nutrition & healthy living, herbal medicine studies, and much more.

Part-time Office Space Available
Do you envision yourself in a like-minded Wellness Center working to help empower health and wellness to the community? Take your holistic practice to the next level by joining our existing team. Our Wellness Center is located on a beautiful sheep farm along the Crow River located 10 miles west of Hutchinson, MN on Hwy 7. We offer a variety of wellness services along with teaching many educational classes and workshops on health and wellness. The current Wellness Team offers herbal medicine, flower essence therapy, nutrition, massage therapy, Reiki, sound therapy, IonCleanse detox baths, thermography, & more. The 12’ x 9’ office space is accompanied by a shared waiting area for your clients. This space is surrounded by a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor. We pride ourselves in working collaboratively with the entire Wellness Team.
Spaces are available for a compatible business/practitioner to share an office in a well-established, mission-driven community Wellness Center. The building is shared by a variety of wellness practitioners. Our intention at the Lamb Shoppe & Wellness Center is to empower health and wellness from our farm to the community.
